Boxing Fundamentals
12 or 16oz boxing gloves required
Boxing Fundamentals class: Tailored program for mastering boxing. All skill levels welcome.
Designed for Teens (13+) to adults.
Includes bag work, drills, partner exercises, and strength training. Learn footwork, movement, punches, combinations, power. Perfect for beginners or honing skills in a supportive environment.
Boxing Circuit
12 or 16oz boxing gloves required
Boxing Circuit Class:
This workout is all about honing your boxing fundamentals while building explosive strength. Focus on perfecting your jabs, hooks, and uppercuts through mitt work and partner drills, all while incorporating bodyweight and resistance exercises to boost power. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this class offers a chance to sharpen your skills and leave feeling empowered and conditioned.
Advanced Boxing
16oz boxing gloves, mouth guard and headgear is required
Advanced Boxing class: This is a contact/sparring class that is tailored for members and fighters who want to further develop their boxing skill. Features bag, shield, pad drills, sparring, & strength training. Refines footwork, punches, combos, power. Explores all 6 punches, slips, weaves, angles, advanced footwork. Curriculum: intricate combos, defense, attack, strategic positioning. Enhance boxing skills & proficiency.
Female Boxing Classes
10- 14OZ boxing gloves is required

$60 per week - 1 Month Plan
$55 per week - 3 Month Plan
$50 per week - 6 Month Plan
$45 per week - 12 Month Plan
T&C: Membership plans are billed every 2 weeks. Each membership is lock in for a minimum term then rolls over to no-lock in contract. Early cancellation = 50% of remaining balance End of minimum term can cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice.
