    Constance holds Cert III & IV in Fitness and Personal Training, with achievements including 4th place in ICN SA Bikini Open, 2nd place in ICN SA Bikini Under 23, and an Advanced Level as a Ballerina. Her specialties encompass Body Transformation, Fat Loss, Muscle Hypertrophy, Structural Balance, and Postural Correction. Drawing on her experience as a ballerina and competitive bikini athlete, Constance is dedicated to guiding clients through personalized nutrition and training programs to achieve their desired results in weight loss, muscle building, movement improvement, and overall fitness.
