At Darkside Gym, our Kids Boxing program goes far beyond learning how to punch.

Led by experienced coach Eden, each class is structured, engaging, and tailored to help kids grow both in and out of the gym.

What we teach

In every class, kids will learn:

  • 🦶 Stance, Guard & Footwork – learning to move the right way

  • 👊 Basic Attack & Defense – safe, controlled boxing drills

  • 🤸 Coordination & Fitness – fun exercises to build balance and strength

  • 🙏 Respect & Discipline – lessons that carry beyond the gym

  • 🤝 Teamwork & Responsibility – supporting each other, in and out of class

All sessions are coach-led, with age-appropriate drills, clear guidance, and a strong focus on safety, encouragement, and fun.

Experience needed: None. Beginners welcome.
